Ellen Chenoweth has worked in the dance field for 20 years in a variety of capacities. She is currently the Director of Finance and Operations for Works & Process in New York, while also working with arts organizations and independent artists as a grantwriter and consultant.

For five years, she was the Director and Lead Curator of the Dance Presenting Series at the Dance Center of Columbia College Chicago. She served as the Managing Director of the Dance Exchange, following the founder transition of Liz Lerman. Chenoweth has an MA in Dance from Texas Woman’s University and a Graduate Certificate from the Institute for Curatorial Practice in Performance (ICPP) at Wesleyan University. She is based in Philadelphia and New York.
